Optimised door system Energy efficiency and thermal insulation are an ongoing trend in newbuild
projects and in the renovation of residential and commercial buildings. The Schüco ADS 90 door series is a response to this trend. An expanded insulation zone, a continuous centre gasket and a special glazing rebate
achieve unbeatable system properties, such as resistance to driving rain in class 7A to 750 Pa and Uf values of 1.4 W/(m²K). With appropriate triple glazing or a leaf-enclosing infill panel, outstanding Ud values of > 1.0 W/(m²K) can be achieved. Schüco therefore has the thermal insulation standard of tomorrow in its product range today. The Schüco ADS 90.SI and Schüco ADS 90 PL.SI aluminium door systems offer maximum flexibility. They can be combined with a wide variety of additional functions, such as the award-winning Schüco Door Control System (DCS) for simple and stylish access control solutions. In keeping with the approach of optimum functionality, the integrated top door closer with flat slide rail (ITS 96) can be perfectly incorporated in this system. This results in the optimum combination of energy efficiency, modern technology and the highest design requirements. The need for security is also taken into account – burglar resistance up to RC 3 (WK3) is possible.

Whilst the face-fitted Schüco ADS 90 PL.SI premium entrance door responds to the requirements of residential projects, the flush-fitted Schüco ADS 90.SI door series offers maximum performance for luxury private homes and commercial projects.

With 90 mm basic depth.

Design features:
External flush-fitted door construction with continuous 5 mm shadow joint outside.
The thermal breaking split insulating bars are fitted with foam insulation for high thermal insulation.
The door leaf profiles are fitted with thermal breaking split insulating bars.
The door leaves must have a four-sided mitre-cut leaf profile and a continuous centre seal.
The system must be fitted with square glazing beads.
For increased thermal insulation, glazing gaskets with fins must be used.
If there are no other requirements specified for the sill by standards / guidelines / local building regulations, the bottom door sill must be fitted with an aluminium/plastic rebate threshold, height 20 mm, and a gasket system for sealing at a test pressure of up to 300 PA in accordance with DIN EN 12208.
